Weekly Wednesday Qi Gong Class

We breathe slowly and mindfully during our standing practice, move in gentle slow sequences, open our joints, and balance our Qi energy.  You can also sit in a chair and follow the class.  All levels are welcome. 

Please bring indoor shoes to change into, for the third floor studio at the Tahawus Center.
