Weekly Wednesday Qi Gong Class

Slow and gentle movements. Harmonize and balance your body, breath, and energy.

Please bring indoor shoes for the dance studio and dress in layers to regulate your body temperature, as we gather and circulate the Qi energy that flows in and around us. Pay what you wish. All levels of experience are welcome.
