SUPPORTING THE FUTURE OF THE ARTS: FALL YOUTH ART EXHIBIT

FEATURING WORKS BY KEIRA AMBADY, CHRISTOPHER BALAMUT,
RYLEIGH BASSARAB, SILAS D’AURIA, and AVERY POTTER

Au Sable Forks, NY: The Fall Youth Art Exhibit will open on 10/27 at the Tahawus Gallery, with a reception from 4:30 to 6 pm. The mediums represented encompass digital illustration, pencil drawing, diorama, woodblock prints, and woodworking. Featuring participants ages 11 -16, the Youth Exhibit celebrates the imagination of young minds.

In this show and others, the Tahawus Center recognizes and highlights local artists' creative output. The Gallery’s support of artistic endeavors in and around the Northern Adirondacks helps enliven the town of Au Sable Forks. After the initial reception, the Youth Exhibit will be open through 11/21.  Interested parties can visit Thursdays and Saturdays, 2-4 p.m., or by appointment.

The Youth Exhibit serves as part of the fall season at Tahawus Cultural Center. Other seasonal offerings include the Workshop Series (Memoir Writing on 10/24, Creation of Photobooks on 11/7), as well as ongoing dance instruction for adults and youth. Email admin@tahawuscenter.org for more details.
