About

Where’s your community?

In my years in real estate, I’ve come to realize that a house is never just a house. It represents something much bigger—a dream, a purpose, and a life.

Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming. There are many moving pieces and a lot to understand in the real estate process. That’s why I begin with the big picture. What do you want your life and community to feel like? Once we understand that, we work backward to find a home that supports your life, not the other way around.

If you’re selling your home, or even just thinking about it, we will talk through what that looks like and how it aligns with your timeline, budget, and priorities. We will also discuss what buyers are looking for in today’s market and how to position your property to reach the largest group of qualified buyers.

As your real estate advisor, I bring thoughtful expertise and clear guidance to every step. I take the time to understand your goals, consider how this decision fits into your life, explain the process clearly, and stay by your side from start to finish.

I live in the North Country with my family and am deeply committed to helping this community grow and thrive.

Proud to be a Miracle Agent

Giving back is a priority in the RE/MAX® culture. We are passionate about our partnership with the Children's Miracle Network of Hospitals. All across North America, the RE/MAX network is actively making a difference in their local communities by volunteering, donating money and ultimately, changing lives.

Since 1992, RE/MAX agents have helped Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® support millions of kids each year who are treated at member hospitals throughout North America. Our donations stay local, which means RE/MAX agents who participate in the Miracle Home Program are helping kids in their own neighborhoods receive the best care possible. Our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital is The University of Vermont Children's Hospital. This is where North Country children go when critical care is needed. Members of The Kira Witherwax Team make a donation after each closed transaction to The UVM Children’s Hospital. Because supporting our children builds strong communities.
