May Class Schedule at Riverside Spin
May's classes will be on Mondays at 5:30 pm and Wednesdays at 5:00pm. Both classes will be a 45-minute Spin + Pilates fusion designed to leave you sweaty, strong, and steady—not smoked.
Here’s the flow:
20 min ride (climbs/intervals/tempo depending on the theme)
18 min mat (Pilates-based strength + core)
Quick cooldown + stretch
All levels are welcome. You’ll always get options for cadence, resistance, and mat work.
