Healthy Movement for Work, Hobbies, and Screens

Do you spend hours at a computer, scrolling on your phone, or engaged in hands-on hobbies? Whether you type, scroll, or craft, everyday habits can lead to aches and overuse injuries. Join us for a practical, engaging session designed to help you move more comfortably and protect your body for the long term.

Led by physical therapist Dawn Delmont, this 90-minute workshop will help you understand why physical strain happens and—more importantly—how to prevent it.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How posture, positioning, and movement habits affect your joints from head to toe.

  • The science behind aches and overuse injuries.

  • Simple exercises and adaptations you can use immediately at work, at home, in the shop, or in the studio.
