Annual Christmas in the Forks
An old fashion Yuletide celebration in downtown Au Sable Forks! Always the first weekend in December.

2025 Christmas in the Forks Schedule:
10:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.: Christmas in the Forks Kick-Off Event at the Au Sable Forks Library. Features Merriloons the Clown, Julie Jingles, arts and crafts, face painting, holiday music, a holiday book reading, and hot chocolate and cookies.
10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.: Vendor Fair, Cindi Murphy Memorial Toy Drive and Bake Sale at the Town of Jay Community Center, and Make-Your-Own-Wreath Workshop at the Garden Inn Jay.
12:00p.m. – 2:00p.m.: Free Cookie-Decorating hosted by the Au Sable Forks Ambulance Department.
2:30p.m. – 5:00p.m.: Cindi Murphy Memorial Toy Drive and Bake Sale
3:00p.m. – 6:00p.m.: Holiday Music at 20 Main Tavern.
5:50p.m.: All roads leading to the judges’ stand close to traffic for pedestrian-only access.
6:00p.m.: Christmas in the Forks Holiday Light-Up Parade. Starts at the softball field on Church Lane and ends at the Town Clock Park, followed by the Community Tree Lighting at the clock tower and a Fireworks Display.
After Fireworks, Santa and Mrs. Claus meet children at the Town of Jay Community Center.
