Yoga for All Abilities

Join Sammy on Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at the Wilmington Youth Center for Intuitive Community Yoga. All abilities are welcome. If the weather is nice, class will be held outside. Bring any props you might want, including mats, blankets, blocks or straps. There are some mats available - call ahead to reserve.

Participants are asked to pay what they can on a sliding scale from $10-$25.
