About

A farmstead creamery nestled in the high peaks of the Adirondacks where the milk from a small herd of Brown Swiss cows is turned into cheese.

Twelve cows. Twenty-three acres of steep, hillside pasture. A one eyed barn cat named William. A big old Dutch Gambrel barn. The best view (we think) of Ebenezer Mountain. A lovely little farm store filled with our own cheese, meat, and raw milk alongside goods from neighboring farms and artisans.
